1. Introduction

Welcome to Dotty Vlog. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dotty Vlog mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dotty Vlog, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries. They explain the rules governing your participation in the Services, the rights and responsibilities of the parties, and the applicable limitations of liability.

2. Use of the Services

The Services allow users to interact with friends, share content, and use widgets and social features. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

In particular, you agree not to:

Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, the infrastructure of the Services, or related systems.
Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Engage in conduct that interferes with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the Services.

Violations may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account, based on our reasonable determination and to the extent permitted by law.

3. Accounts and Display Names

You create your account and display name when registering for and using the Services. You are responsible for:

Account Security: Do not share your password, authentication codes, or login information with anyone, including anyone claiming to be our administrator or employee. We will never ask you to provide your password or authentication codes.
Display Name: Your display name is public to users of the Services. It must comply with applicable law, local culture, and community standards; it must not insult leaders, public figures, or other individuals; and it must not impersonate others, support unlawful political subversion or incitement, or spread false information.
Account Activity: You are responsible for activity under your account and for losses resulting from your failure to take reasonable security measures.

To the extent permitted by law, we may require a display-name change, restrict or suspend an account, or permanently delete an account and related information when these Terms are violated.

4. User Content Generally

You may submit content, including photos, profile images, text, and other media ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Dotty Vlog a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

You own all rights in the User Content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions from the lawful owner.
Your User Content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other legal right of a third party.
Your User Content complies with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.
Your User Content does not incite hatred, war, violence, or sabotage; contain pornography; violate local morals and customs; or harm another person's honor or dignity.

Dotty Vlog may remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, community standards, or the safety of users or the Services.

5. Image and Video Content

You may upload images and videos through photo or Daily (Vlog) recording features. By using these features, you agree that:

You have the lawful right to use the content or have obtained all necessary consent from the individuals appearing in it and other relevant rights holders.
You are responsible for setting the visibility of the content and for that choice, including unintended viewing resulting from your settings.
The content does not violate the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
The content does not contain pornography, violence, incitement to violence, war-related incitement, or similar material.
The content does not exploit, abuse, groom, or otherwise harm children.
The content does not contain unlawful political propaganda, subversion, or material that violates lawful requirements in the relevant jurisdiction.
The content does not insult leaders, public figures, or any other individual.

If we identify a violation, we may issue a warning, request removal, remove the content without prior notice, restrict features, suspend the account, or delete the account, depending on the nature of the violation and applicable law.

You may report content that appears to violate these rules. We will review and address the report as appropriate and protect the reporter's identity to the extent permitted by law.

6. Match, Voice, and Messaging Features

When using Match, Voice, or messaging features to connect with another person, you agree not to:

Persuade, pressure, or force another person to act against their wishes.
Insult, abuse, threaten, or use obscene language toward another person.
Use the Services for prostitution, harassment, inducing unlawful conduct, or conduct contrary to community standards.
Disseminate unlawful ideologies or content in any form.

We may warn users, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. If you identify a violation, you may block or report the user, refuse the connection, or stop using the feature.

7. Group Audio Chat Rooms

By joining an audio chat room, you agree not to:

Use the room to discuss, trade, or facilitate matters prohibited by law.
Use the room for pornography, incitement, abuse, encouragement of suicide, or grooming of others.
Persuade or pressure another person to act against their wishes, ethical standards, or the law.
Use the room for gambling, betting, or related activities.

We may warn users, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. If you identify a violation, you may leave the room, remove or ban the violating user if you have moderation rights, and report the matter to us.

8. Virtual Currency

We provide virtual currency ("Coins") within the Services for sending gifts to others or unlocking certain features when you do not have a Premium subscription. Coins may be earned by viewing in-app advertisements and currently cannot be exchanged for real money or value outside the Services.

Users must not buy, sell, or exchange Coins for real money unless authorized by us and permitted by applicable law. If this rule is violated, we may block transactions, freeze Coins, or reclaim some or all related Coins without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Culture, Conduct, and Communication

When connecting with other users through messaging, friend requests, or other interactions, you agree to:

Comply with the laws applicable in the jurisdictions of the participants.
Respect other people, the community, local culture, and standards of conduct.
Not incite, pressure, or persuade another person to act against their wishes, the law, ethics, or cultural standards.
Not solicit or distribute content involving suicide, pornography, violence, war-related incitement, or similar conduct.
Not distribute obscene materials, distorted information, or content intended to unlawfully undermine legitimate nations or territories.
Not engage in fraud, harassment, or prostitution.

We may remove content or restrict or block access to features when a violation is identified. You may report content or block a user who violates these rules.

10. Privacy

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy, which is published alongside these Terms and explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

11. Location and Device Features

Some features may require access to your location, camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, notifications, or other device capabilities. These permissions are requested only to enable specific functionality within the application.

You can disable permissions in your device settings. However, some features may become partially or entirely unavailable if you deny a required permission.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to provide stable and reliable Services but do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access. We may:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features temporarily or permanently.
Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may interrupt access for a period of time.
Update or upgrade the Services to improve security, functionality, or legal compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dotty Vlog is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising solely from interruptions to or changes in the Services.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software, designs, logos, trademarks, content, and brand elements are owned by Dotty Vlog or its respective licensors.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Services except as permitted by law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, decode, or attempt to derive source code or algorithms, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
Sell, resell, or distribute the Services or any part of them without express written consent.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or create a risk to other users or the Services. Enforcement will depend on the nature of the violation and applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account-deletion feature, where available, or by discontinuing use of the Services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dotty Vlog will not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of data, loss of content, or interruptions to the Services.
Acts, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers.
Damage arising from unauthorized access to or use of your account where Dotty Vlog is not at fault.

You assume the inherent risks of using the Services and are responsible for harm or loss arising from your own conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dotty Vlog, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law or a third party's rights.
Claims relating to your User Content.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dotty Vlog is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts or binding arbitration, as available under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

Dotty Vlog may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the application or another reasonable channel.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
A failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

20. Apple Subscriptions

Some Dotty Vlog features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.

A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
